Where the rubber meets the road, this is used to take an advertisement order. It's cleaner than previous editions to print and fill out by hand. But now it's also a handy "fillable PDF", that be opened in Acrobat Reader to fill in the blanks -- including text for the Business Directory and Friends of CC listings in the program.
Simply open the form in Acrobat Reader [click here to download free Acrobat Reader] or Acrobat, tab or click through fields to fill in, then save the form with a unique name. That form can be submitted and the information can be transferred to our system. Also, if you're visiting a previous advertiser, you could have the form prefilled and printed out when you visit.
